From inside the app
Tap your photo in the top right, then Send us a message. It is on the House rules screen and on the Privacy screen, and a business account has it on the profile page itself. That reaches the same inbox and tells us which account you are writing from, which usually saves a round trip.
Reporting somebody
Every profile, every business listing and every one-to-one chat has a report action, and so does any single message inside a group or a business room. A group has one of its own, on its group page, for when the problem is the room rather than one person in it. Reporting is anonymous: the person you report is never told who reported them, and nobody in a group is told who reported it. If somebody is making new accounts to reach you, write to us and we will deal with it at our end.
Deleting your account
Tap your photo in the top right, scroll to the bottom, then Delete account. It removes your profile, photos, trips, pins and every chat on both sides. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
Something is broken
Tell us what you were doing and what happened. A screenshot helps more than anything else.
